Crossroads Community
Church of the Nazarene

PURPOSE STATEMENT

It is the desire of CCCN to glorify God in all that
we are and do. In an effort to accomplish this
we have put into writing our mission by using
WORSHIP to state our purpose based on
Jesus’ Great Commandments and Great Commission.

CCCN

Where we...

Will to work with our whole heart, everywhere,
and always, for the cause of Christ.

Offer ourselves completely to God in obedience.

Reach out to a hurting world and a growing
community with the resources of God.

Seek the power of the Spirit to serve and support
others in their journey of faith.

Help each other grow & heal in true holiness.

Involve our community by inviting them to join us.

Practice a positive program that produces
both power & perseverance.

WORSHIP....
Worship is the highest act of loving God that we do as a community of believers. It is essential to what it means to be a Christian. We worship through music, prayer, preaching, service, giving, and the Holy Sacraments of Communion and Baptism. If you are looking for meaning, purpose, hope, or answers to life's problems, we know the answer is found in the God, who has revealed Himself to us in Jesus Christ.

CHRISTIAN EDUCATION....
Formation, nurture, and education in a Christian Community takes place in a variety of ways. Here at CCCN it takes place through Sunday School which offers age specific, Bible centered instruction; Children's Sunday worship (Children's Church); Wednesday evening prayer meeting with Bible study for Teenagers, Children, and Adults. One Sunday evening a month is designated for Mission education

FELLOWSHIP....
Monthly Mission meetings followed by pot-luck, Friday night sing-along's around the piano, Sunday School class parties, visitation, women’s ministries activities, teen activities (volleyball, films, hide & seek, after-glows, lock-ins, lasertron, water fights, camping, and many more) are just a few of the ways that CCCN finds to fellowship. If you are looking for wholesome activities for the whole family, or strong friendships with others who are striving to be all God has created us to be, you'll find them at the CCCN.

MINISTRY OPPORTUNITIES....
Involvement with any age level through the avenues of Sunday School, music, personal evangelism, missions, or outdoor stage drama are just a few of the opportunities to be involved in ministry at CCCN. We believe that each person has been uniquely gifted to be involved in ministry. Not sure what your gifts or interests are? We'll help you discover them and find ways in which your gifts and abilities can be utilized in ministry to others.
